Dory Fillets

•dory fillets
•lemon juice
•salt
•fresh chopped dill
•olive oil
•butter

Method:

1.Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and dill.
2.Rub marinade into fish fillet and set aside for 20 minutes.
3.Heat the butter in a frying pan.
4.Drain fillets, shake in flour and fry for 5 minutes each side.
