Sometimes you need more than one – so maybe you’ll need wholesale cream chargers? But how much is too much?
If you have a cafe restaurant or a school fete to plan for then the index of recipe really thinks you’d be better of considering getting them in bulk – after all do you really want to be running out?
and if you have plenty of spare – I’m sure you can think of something to be doing with it? Plus as the index of recipes has so many ideas for alternative uses of cream chargers then this’ll be just one more for you…. ever considered making nitrous fizzed fruit?
Simply take some soft fruit ideally berries and then halve or quarter and drop into the dispenser – when you charge it then some of the gas will make its way into the structure of the fruit – which means that when you unscrew it again they’ll explode with fizz – almost literally!!!
There is a similar idea over at Modernist Cuisine only they use CO2 rather than Noz but extect the effect to be the same…
